Facial Treatment Tips
-
No Makeup
Makeup or no makeup? Arriving with a bare face is ideal, however, if you are coming from work or an event and you’ve got a full face of makeup, don’t worry! Your esthetician always begins each treatment with a facial cleanse, so either way your makeup will be gently removed.
-
Be Comfortable
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. You will be provided with a facial robe to protect your clothing from any product and set the mood for a relaxing experience. You will be asked to remove at least your shirt. Removal of any other clothing items is up to you.
-
Check Your Calendar
Let your esthetician know if you have any upcoming events. There are certain treatments & techniques that will be avoided or even better, let them know far in advance so they can recommend which treatments and when so your skin can be event ready. Remember…healthy skin is a process!
-
Hair Style
Your esthetician will provide you with a headband to protect your hair from the facial treatments used. Since you will be laying down, you’ll want to avoid any buns or ponytails right on the back of your head. Try a top knot, high pony, or hair down for maximum comfort.
